• One-on-one or live sessions: refunds are available only if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds for completed sessions.
• Promotional and bundled offers: all sales are final unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The credit may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
